Production Assistant / Shipping Employee (m/f/d)

Part-time · 20 hours/week · 3 days (or as a mini-job)

For our manufactory, we are looking for a reliable and skilled individual to support our production and shipping as soon as possible.

We manufacture high-quality design lamps from natural materials such as real wood veneer, alpine meadow, and other natural materials. A large part of our products are handcrafted, so care, quality, and enjoyment of craftsmanship are very important to us.

Your tasks

• Assistance with the manufacturing and assembly of our lamps

• Processing and assembly of various components

• Quality control of finished products

• Picking of customer orders

• Careful packaging of our lamps
  

• Goods receipt and storage
  

What you should bring

A specific qualification is not strictly necessary for us. Far more important are reliability, some manual dexterity, and a meticulous way of working.

Ideally, you bring:

• Enjoyment of practical work

• Meticulous and conscientious work ethic

• Reliability and sense of responsibility

• Solid German language skills
  

Experience in production, craftsmanship, assembly, or shipping is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. We will provide thorough training.

Working hours

20 hours per week on 3 working days

We will mutually agree on the exact distribution of working days and hours.

Remuneration

€18.00 gross per hour

This corresponds to an average monthly gross salary of approx. €1,560 for 20 hours per week.
